I am somebody that loves all things sports, fitness and mountain related. Having been a competitive athlete, my focus is now on helping others gain strength so they can continue to live the life they choose, with no limitations.

That looks different for everyone, and is not a one size fits all, but the confidence you gain from taking control of your health is second to none!

Being active has been shown to increase dopamine and serotonin release in the body, which play a huge role in regulating mood and affecting how we feel day to day.
